Tristan lives in Santa Clarita and works with buyers and sellers across the valley: Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch and Castaic. He believes in the American Dream of owning a home, and helping a family get there is the part of the work he cares about most.

For sellers, he prices from what homes in your own neighborhood have recently closed for, and tells you plainly what is worth fixing before you list. For buyers, first-time buyers especially, he explains each step from pre-approval to keys, so nothing comes as a surprise.

Tristan is part of Mi Casa Bonita, a family-run brokerage that has worked out of the same office in San Fernando since 2005. He also works in the San Fernando Valley, so if your move takes you from one valley to the other, you can keep the same agent for both the sale and the purchase.
